PAYMENT OPTIONS
Worldwide: Online Card payments by Paypal Pro or Paypal Express can be chosen at check out. Cheques or Postal orders UK only (check out as if by cheque and call us with your card details) . If you have access problems or a disability call us on +44 (0)1989 568945 or 565094 and we can process the online payment on your behalf.  Full payment is required to process your order. Currency accepted is Pounds Sterling.   Approximate US Dollars and Euro total is shown on checkout for your information.

NO HIDDEN CHARGES
The prices displayed on the site include VAT which will be deducted for non EU customers. We do not include delivery charges within the price for individual items, as delivery fees are calculated on your order as a whole. Any delivery fees (where applicable) are added and clearly stated at the checkout.

DELIVERY
We deliver worldwide. We usually aim to deliver bespoke orders within 6 to 8 weeks but during busy times or holiday periods this time may be extended, please check our order page. The time-of-day for deliveries cannot be guaranteed.  All items need to be signed for and are sent by Courier, therefore a daytime delivery address is recommended. Please see Delivery Methods and Prices

TAX AND CUSTOMS CHARGES For orders outside the European Union, UK VAT Tax will be deducted when ordering, however there may be Tax/Customs Charges due from the customer on delivery to the destination country. Please contact us if you need further information.

AVAILABILITY
All orders for products are subject to availability of cloth, although all our cloths listed are stock cloths there may be delays due to demand. We will notify you of any possible delays.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ORDER AND RETURNS

Stock Items

If you purchase a standard stock item we offer an unconditional refund guarantee if you return the item in undamaged unused condition. All we ask is that you contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will then advise on agreed return method depending on where you are. If in the UK we may be able to arrange collection. Return costs to be paid by the customer.

Standard Orders

If you have ordered a Standard Bookster Original Jacket or suit with standard, short, regular or long length, with no other bespoke features, we can exchange the jacket for you and reorder your preferred size.

Bespoke Items/Special Orders

Once an order has been placed you may cancel your order within 7 days. In some circumstances we may cancel an order after this time, in which case an agreed fee would be deducted from any refund due.

Understandably, if we are producing a bespoke item we cannot offer an unconditional refund guarantee as we may not be able to sell it on. However, if the item you receive is incorrect and not as ordered we will offer a full refund or rectify the order.  If your order does not fit we will endeavour to do all we can to rectify any problem by discussing the issue with you. If all else fails we will try and sell the item on for you, less an agreed amount to cover our costs.

If you are in any doubt of your size we suggest you contact us and we can arrange for a stock jacket to be sent to you sizing purposes, a deposit will be required. Once you have established your sizing needs, return the item to us to exchange for a stock jacket of your size or a special order.
The original amount you paid will be credited to your new order or refunded (less all postage costs).

We do not pass your information to any third parties.  We may contact you by email or post in the future about Bookster products and services.  If you wish to stop receiving any information about us and our services, email your request to bookster1uk@hotmail.com.

Due to the limitations of photography and broadcasting, colours of goods you receive may differ slightly to those displayed on your monitor.
Measurements are taken carefully and garments are measured unstretched either laid flat hanging. Please see Measurements and Size Guide

If you contact us with an enquiry or complaint, it is our policy to reply to you within 48 hours of the initial call or email.
